20+ games in I'm starting to think a lot of these teams that are struggling aren't capable of putting their foot on the gas. They are who they are.

Even OKC was starting to show improvement before Presti said enough was enough. OKC was in the play-in spot for a couple days. Presti learned from last season and said enough was enough.
