How an officiating blunder nearly cost Lakers their win over Rockets Tuesday

Basically the scorekeeper changes it from three fouls to four fouls so quickly after the foul that the refs assumed it was never changed in the first place, putting the Lakers in the penalty.

The big issue is when they took away the points they never considered the fact that the Lakers were denied possession of the ball too. Because even if it wasn’t a shooting foul the Lakers still would have had the ball. So it’s basically liked they skipped the Lakers possession altogether.

League lucky as fukk Lakers won that game and it happened in November instead of in the playoffs.
