What is woj talking about?

Reaching the play-in tournament shouldn't be considered a success. Two years ago there was no such thing as a play-in tournament. They just would have been missing the playoffs.

Tell that to Silver and the NBA who think that the Play-In Tournament discourages ranking.

Would you have taken the Lakers from LA after all the losing they did during the last decade?

You just described the Lakers after drafting, Randle, a snitch, Ball, and Ingram (and got another top 5 pick after that before they flipped Hunter in the AD deal)
No. Lakers are championship franchise, OKC isn’t, there’s a huge difference. Track record speaks for itself.

His original timeline after surgery had him at a 4 week return if everything went right. His surgery was March 30. This upcoming Wednesday will make 4 weeks, which is G5

:manny:

Let him sit Game 3. If the Nets win, he plays in Game 4

If the Cs win game 3, he sits for Game 4.

Williams will affect the game more than Simmons. Nets are down bad.

Notice alot of the players hurt this season/playoffs played in the Olympics?

Lavine
Luka
Middleton
Dame
Booker
Dray Day
Jrue

The longer the playoffs continue, those not mentioned that played will probably get injured as well

Thats also the issue with international players and how often times they begin to get injury prone very quickly as they get older. Then turn around and use time with the NBA team to heal up during the season from injuries sustain during the previous season or from the summer playing international ball. These guys play ball all year around once you include international play. Then you add that they are already long in the teeth with miles on their legs from turning pros at 14, 15 and 16 years old.

Realize these international players play for their teams year after year. We seen that shyt with Parker and Ginobili and how they would have to have reduced minutes during spurs seasons to heal up or reduce burn out for playing with their international teams. Or how Yao body was destroyed from being forced to play international ball every summer.

Even with Luka and all the leg injuries he has had at such a young age. His out look doesn't look good in his late 20s and early 30 health wise once you add his lack of commitment to take care of his body plus playing for his national team.

I’m out here praying some team hires Jackson so I won’t have to hear him call games for at least 2 years until he gets fired and ends up on abc/espn again

On a side note, why are there so few good or at the very least entertaining color commentators these days? Hubie is the goat, I like both van gundys. But aside from that?

Interested to hear Reddikk call the heat game tonight
