I get the thought process behind him hoping to get fouled on the shot, but I don't think it was the best option.

He should've recognised the double was coming prior to reaching halfcourt, where he still had enough time to pass Dray the ball and let him find the open man (Otto was wide open). He could've even given the ball up and relocated to the spot right in front of him as he already had momentum running forward and would've had an open shot.

Dude hadn’t played in two and a half years prior to returning this season. I don’t get why people thought he’d be even close to the player that he used to be. I tried telling some people that, but they insisted otherwise :yeshrug:
He's moving pretty well but his decision making offensively has been horrendous. I don't know if he's just pressing or what but he's forcing the issue far too often with so many terrible shots.

That play is still on Dray because he could have thrown the ball into the open spot and Otto could have crashed down to get it for the lay, but he was too fixated on Klay. He should have never left his feet

It's primarily on Dray but it's on Porter too. He was being literally useless there, not doing anything whatsoever to get open despite having a clear path to the basket.

booker clearly was going to foul him so your options are do a better job of timing it so he fouls you while your heaving it or take the foul and play the offensive rebound game. smart by phoenix but also why on the prior possession they were better off with 5 shooters on the floor so you catch it beyond the arc prepared to shoot immediately.

That's not the best look, that look is fukking horrible. :mjlol:

I would take the free throw rebound over that bullshyt. But the obvious thing he should have done is passed it - if they were double-teaming him that leaves 4 teammates on the court with only 3 guys guarding them and there were still 4-5 seconds on the clock.

I stopped the video the moment the shot bricked off the backboard :mjlol:

With no Steph, I’m not convinced the Warriors would have ran a play quick enough to get a shot up before the intention foul. This is the same Draymond that committed the turnover while the Warriors were up 1 with 31 seconds left.

Did you actually watch the game? Why are we acting like the Suns didn’t intentionally foul the possession prior? I’ve seen Poole hit deep threes multiple times in his short career. I have NOT seen many teams win a game when the other team is intentionally fouling. It’s pretty much game over unless you get extremely lucky. There is a very high probability that Draymond gets fouled by the time he figures out who he wants to pass it to.

Same thing RJ said. Suns foul you and you don’t miss and secure the second free throw it’s over

Yeah it’s totally easy to miss the second free throw on purpose and get the offensive rebound right?:comeon:
No it’s hard which was the point. Suns wanted to foul and make him try to go 1 in and 1 miss and try to fight for a rebound because the odds of jr happening is low

Huh? What does that have anything to do with anything?

You have never seen him hit that three. That was horrible. The rushed running heave from past midcourt over the double-team? There's a reason the ball wasn't even close to the basket.

I have NOT seen many teams win a game when the other team is intentionally fouling.

Players hit shots from beyond halfcourt about 1 out of 100 attempts (that's the actual %). And Poole shot was worse than the average heave. I'm pretty sure getting a putback on an intentional miss is more likely than that, I've seen it several times.

It was game over the moment Poole threw up that bullshyt that had zero chance of going in. I'd take getting an open shot off the pass or getting the intentional foul and having a chance to get a putback for the win over that.

Jazz are the definition of a great regular season that will never do shyt in the playoffs

They should just be honest and admit they are a treadmill playoff team and be happy with that or break this shyt up already

Mitchell is a #2 playing a bunch of 4th options

The moment they traded Ingles I thought they were done. He's no world beater but that was a tap out cause he was a big part of their fabric that worked

Draymond is really an insufferable personality. Absolute garbage on the court now, refuses to take wide open layups :scust: and isn’t even a plus defender anymore.

Now he’s moved shaming a black man for his parents having a little bit of money. Klutch Klown. :camby:
