Ehhh....not on a title contender.

Dude is 6'1" and not a Steph level shooter....theres limitations there
Strongoy disagree. Mitchell is one of the best offensive players in the league and they are in the playoffs every year and usually win a series.

They need another scorer.

That term is being thrown around wayyyyy too loosely these days especially with how easy it has become to score in the league these days.

Mitchell is a number one, but they have no second or third option.
This. He has no reliable second option so he's the 1st and 2nd option. Reminds me of Nique in atlanta, ewing in new york etc.. Guys who're #1's that get killed for not winning because they do not have legit 2nd options

How easy has it become to score? Players could shoot 3s back in the days too, they weren’t as good shooters though as they weren’t raised on it. Also, the man said “in the league today” not comparing with anything other than players today.

Sixers are gonna fail in the playoffs just like any Doc Rivers team over past 10 years.

Same old story. The opponents go on a run, Rivers can't call a timeout in the right time, doesn't make any great adjustment and then can't draw up a fukking game winning play. Just let your franchise player dribble the ball and shoot the basket, wow.

And when both Embiid and Harden flop for these fouls shyt they better hope they don't have their annual meltdown in 1st round.

Cool

Mitchell is one of the best offensive players in the league.
He’s a 6’1 volume shooter he’s no #1 option on a championship team

This is why running a team in the NBA is so hard you got a league full of #2 and #3 options being paid like 1s and they ain’t 1s

I think the Jazz win the title last year if he had even a Brandon Ingram level offensive player as his #2.

His team is constructed well around him but he has sooooo much pressure to create offense for his teammates. Conley is quietly washed.

Offense wasn’t the reason why they lost last year and it’s hilarious that people keep bringing up that narrative. You aren’t winning a championship with a meh level defense which is what they were in the playoffs last year as everyone outside of Gobert including Mitchell isn’t that good defensively.

I'm listening to the Billl Simmons pod this morning and I guess Joel team got to Chris Mannix because he's a mvp push for Joel.

I still think Jokic about to go back to back
