I was actually gonna give Doc credit at half time by saying it was smart to have Tobias cook with the bench unit, and not trying to stagger Embiid & Harden... but the Suns commentator nailed it in the 2nd half when he said Doc played the best defense on Tobias by inexplicably not putting him on the floor when it was time to go to the bench again in the 3rd.
