I was telling the Miami Flamer fans that they are benefiting from outworking and outscheming teams in the regular season.

I always thought things would look different for them against teams that are locked in and only preparing for them in a series setting. Out of all the top teams in the EAST, with the intensity amplified in the Playoffs, they have the weakest bunch when it comes to getting buckets.

It's that classic mid-00s "blue-collar" Pistons ball stuff

It works in the regular season, and you can win with it (moreso if you're in a weak conference)... but boy can it get spooky come playoff time when you find yourself against a team that decides to flip on the playoff switch to become blue collar... and they have a superstar in their prime.

That's why they could win 50-60+ reg season games but then struggled vs those 40-win LeBron teams in the playoffs, and then get smoked by DWade and the party-Heat.

Thunder/TSC
Pistons, Rockets, & Magic all sitting at 20 wins, Thunder at 21 :lupe:

Thunder still play the Pistons but need to somehow lose to the Blazers twice & the Lakers. Also have to hope the Rockets can maybe catch a stray win between the Spurs & 2 Kings games & the Magic can beat somebody like the Wizards, Knicks, or Hornets.

He could easily end up being the best player in the draft. He and Cade are both players where you put the ball in their hands and winning plays result. Mobley's claim will primarily be on the defensive side, and Barnes' will be both.
Exactly how I see it.

Still, I wouldn’t sleep on Jalen Green who is starting to come on a bit. He was my original pick to be the best player in the draft and while I don’t think that anymore (Barnes is the guy I think who will be the best from the class), I think he will be a 27-30ppg scorer in his prime. Problem is, he may not give you much else besides that.

They're not overhyped as they aren't treating the regular season with much care. It's understandable given they're coming off a 'ship, as most teams typically do in the season after. The problem for them is, are they going to be able to flick the switch when the postseason hits with all the competition out East.

It almost feels like any team can beat any team in the East. I've never seen a conference this wide open before. The only team I'd count out is the Cavs (that's if they do make it), otherwise, any of the other teams can make the Finals.
The Bulls aren't going anywhere breh

this game was actually impressive. Durant and Kyrie didn’t have to play god mode and the nets took their foot off the brake for the entire 4th and still won by 20.

This is a statement game if you ask me and no I don’t believe that any of these teams are tanking to avoid a team that they will most likely see in the playoffs regardless

:mjlol:
Statement game against a team that had already lost three in a row, including its last game against the Knicks :guilty:

This is 100 percent correct.

I've been down on this Warriors team all year but their ability to switch screen and rolls is going to slow this Suns offense down and they aren't going to go inside to Ayton.

Me and my co-worker (Matt Moore....@HPBasketball) have been talking about this all year.

Bruh you really picked the Raps U 35 wins

Yall never learn....
