Zion has improved a lot defensively and guarded Randle the whole 48 minutes, Randle was 11 of 28 that game.
He has has the highest defensive rating on the team over the last 2 weeks or so. They are worse defensively when he is off the court.
Don't ask me for the stats, I seen it on the broadcast 2 days ago
Jokic is often shyt on for his perceived lack of defense; it's something that is typically brought up when discussing his game. It's entirely an image thing. Jokic is a Euro, and Trae is a skinny ass hair-on-a-lollipop ass nxgga, so naturally, they're going to be targets on a board where keyboard militants run wild.
And that nxgga above me is lying his ass off about Zion's stats. Don't listen to him.

My thing is Steph an actual + defender gets hate that Lillard a below average defender doesn’t.
A guy like Jokic isn’t even a bad defender. He has limitations yeah but outright bad defensively? Nah, he’s a good drop back P&R defender with very active hands, he can bang in the low post, he will contest stretch bigs, he’s a good defensive rebounder, would you want him switched out on guards and is he a good rim protector? No, but he has his strengths on that end.
Zion lacks effort, length, discipline, and awareness on D but it’s not talked about.
Most people don’t know how to evaluate defense for shyt and go off how a player looks and narratives
