Coach can't plug a controller in and press the B button to force the player to pass like it's 2K breh. The dumbest coach in the league still wouldn't tell his players to freeze out the only player that scored for the last 5 minutes of the game. NBA is a player's league and players dictate 98+% of what happens on the court, can't scapegoat the coach in every loss. The actual problem is AAU babies and their inflated egos being paralytically incapable of handling an honest to god GOAT contender stealing their shine and spotlight. Problem's only gonna get more apparent as time goes on and Zion starts getting MVP votes...

That is why Ingram has to go bro.
As soon as KAT or someone of that caliber and age range asks out I'm all for it. If he was an all-world defender I'd tolerate his infuriatingly selfish chucking and choke jobs down the stretch... but he is sadly still one of the worst wing defenders in the NBA going on half a decade in the league, getting worse every year on that end in fact. Can't have a ball hog wing that thinks he's KD but actually shoots 25% in the clutch with single digit assists in those moments over half a season that ALSO blows cheeks on defense at the same time; a player in that mold can't be a centerpiece of a serious contender.
As far as I see it he has until a KAT, SGA, type player asks out of their situation to get his shyt together and accept his place on the team and in the NBA or he will be a goner.
Sucks to say about someone by who all accounts is a nice, generous kid but it is what it is: we are on Zion's time and if you are taking shots away from him or limiting him you gotta go. No messing around this time when it comes to building around our superstar

I'd rather just wait until the off-season and try to unload him. We probably aren't making the playoffs anyway.
We got pieces with him and possibly Lonzo that can get us a good player too.
I'd rather try to go after Simmons when that experiment with him and Embiid ends that's probably a just a pipe dream though.
I'd go after Weedplate Wiggins similar production to Ingram better defense and he knows his role, but a decent second or third option and fringe all star type guy.
