:mjtf:He's making excuses for one of the worst coach jobs in NBA history obviously . Nuggets just came from a game 7 series and they arent gassed? That's an embarrassing excuse that no on should buy. Especially after blowing massive second half leads.
That excuse would only make him look bad for his team not being in playing condition :gucci:

Come on, are you serious :stopitslime:. Think about what you're saying man. In a regular season maybe but after this covid that's essentially blaming the corona break. He's gonna look ridiculous regardless. There's no spinning that choke job. That's the only out that takes blame off of the action on court. No one would blame a coach that couldn't keep his team condition via zoom for 3 months :skip:.

"My guys just got gassed :yeshrug:"
"Oh word, for 3 straight games right after halftime, right after double digit leads? With the consensus deepest roster in the NBA?:skip:". Doc is full of shyt. Lost cause he never implemented a real system and has no idea how to adjust in game.

Anyways let's stay on topic. Their is no way the nuggets come back from 2 3-1 deficits in a row in a conventional playoff series. Miami has benefited significantly from not having to play on the road. And if the Sixers were healthy, not having home court wouldve hurt them. There's no way to argue this is the same as a regular playoff environment.

And I say this as a Laker fan whose team is about to win another ring :banderas:. I'm not a trump supporter. I cant change facts I don't like. It is what it is :yeshrug:

I did. Bottom line is the teams that won in the bubble were mentally stronger or simply better therefore no asterisk :coffee:

Bottom line is NBA basketball will forever be tied to the playoff atmosphere and home court advantages. Take that away and it's different :manny:

Until the fans play, it doesn’t mean shyt. Clippers play in the bubble was exactly like a team that believed they’d turn it on and off and a team that lost by double digits to bad teams. Their mentality was of a team that’s done it even when there was only one player that has. Nothing changed.

It is definitely different, just not inferior.

Bucks, Lakers, Clippers, Celtics all had to play without the home court advantage that they deserved based on their regular season performance. It was a definite disadvantage for all four teams.

So far only the Lakers have overcome it and moved on. That's a major accomplishment. :yeshrug:
