Folks clowned the Suns for taking Cam

Johnson in the 1st rd, but that dude is a

sneaky good prospect.Better defender/

Athlete than expected.Personally, I like

him more than Oubre. He plays within

himself.Oubre is pure chaos.Can get

hot from time to time, but plays like a

pure bonehead for the most part

So do the Suns need to win out and the Blazers and Spurs to lose out to get that 9th seed?

If the Suns win out, they’ll pass the Spurs up regardless of what they do, but they’ll need the Blazers to lose at least one of their last two or the Grizzlies to lose out to pass them up

If they go 2-1, they need the Spurs to lose at least one and the Blazers to lose out, and they won’t be able to catch Memphis.

Youre right about them probably not wanting to be in the bubble. But i dont really understand why. There was never reason why they shouldn't have tried to compete, you're already there so you might as well try to win.

It's still the playoffs. If Zion or Ingram got hurt in the playoffs here they might have gotten hurt in the real playoffs, it's not really much of a difference

They are terrified of fumbling the Zion bag.

I personally don't think they cared about the playoffs even if the season wasn't interrupted by Covid. I think Griff wants to execute the plan that he never got to do in Cleveland, which is developing a young core from the ground up. This season was about

But they aren't trying to rush Zion out there.

I really believe Utah trying to avoiHouston in the postseason. They had chances to move up in seedling down in Orlando and are miraculously blowing it. They rather face Denver

the spurs need 2 of the following to occur to get into the play in game even if they win out, memphis to lose their last 2 games, portland to lose at least once, phoenix to lose at least once. because of the unbalanced schedule they could end up with less losses than all 3 of those teams and still be left out.

Well they've gotten obliterated by Houston like 2 years in a row with no signs of relief. I don't think Conley is taking them over the top so I don't blame them.

Both teams are different. Plus they have a mental edge over Westbrook. Just watching them and reading their board their fanabse is happy not tower Houston again.
