So I figure every team has plays and lineups that they save for the playoffs but is it me or is it crazy how much meat LA leaves on the bone? For all the talk on the Clippers blowing them out game 1 and coming from behind the second game, it isn't a shock looking at the lineups. What I mean is everyone's at their strongest position.
The Lakers are 44-12, barely run their best play (Bron/AD P&R), and have spent the whole season playing their two best players out of position. The data's out there, they're at their strongest when AD is center and LeBron is PF. So what does that look like in the playoffs vs the Clippers when Zubac can't do anything with Davis, more minutes for Trez? But then what about your bench? Morris ain't the guy. And if AD was playing PF you'd have PG guard him so do you play PG spot minutes at the 5 kinda like Houston and Tucker/Carroll? He didn't like playing low back in Indy.
Idk just seems like they're sitting on some shyt over there, hopefully we get the matchup.
