Kyrie is more talented as a scorer. Kyrie can get to his spot a lot better because he has a better handle. He's a better finisher at the rim (although in some ways, he's probably too good of a finisher in the way his maneuvers his body because he doesn't get to the foul line much). He can post up in ways that Dame can't. He just has a bag of tricks in him similar to Kobe in that he can get a shot off in ways that most guards can't.

Unfortunately he's just not as good at playing the PG position and lacks the overall feel for the game and leadership ability that Dame has. I honestly don't feel like a guy like Anfernee Simons even develops the way he has playing with Kyrie over Dame. Dame just makes his guys better.
