uuuhhh Rocket fans need to chime in, from what I've seen of Houston Capela is decent but he's worth the contract and isn't a force defensively against the better teams so it might be a good deal.

Rockets really needed a center to put fear in dudes hearts, if Capela controlled the paint harden will cook and all with be good.

I don't know who the Rockets can get for capela who will matter. They can take a defensive minded wing badly.
