The elephant in the room that these analytics nerds and curry nut huggers fail to acknowledge.

It’s just ugly to watch. On a nightly basis I watch teams blow open huge leads because they got hit from 3, only to lose that very same lead because they kept chucking em and went into a drought. I watch teams pass up easy shots at the rim for brick corner 3s. I still cringe when I think about Houston having GSW on the ropes in the playoffs, only to end up losing the game because they missed TWENTY SEVEN straight threes.
