I love Devin Booker. But I agree it's worrysone when rookies play for a bad organization and develop bad habits. I'm a big believer in habits.How do you build a good team around Devin Booker? His lack of defense is justworthy for someone 3 years into his career.

10 pts 4 ast shooting 71% from the field in only 20 minutes in only his 2nd game this season coming off an injury. Man is still perfectly capable of being a starter in this league; not his fault the Bulls were (and still are) an irredeemable, dysfunctional dumpster fire that had no idea how to use him or any of their other few, talented players properly.

Boogie & Davis don't need him starting, the 2nd unit needs him much more than the first. The numbers are just numbers, he's going to take the ball out of their hands and hurt spacing just by being out there.

Jameer has and will run the 2nd unit fine. Rondo is the only guy on the roster besides him who can reliably make good entry passes anyway; the entire reason we signed him was to get the ball in AD/Boogie's hands as easily and early as possible to start games; he's not going to be taking more than a couple of 3s all game.
And it works fine until Gentry decides to override whatever Finch draws up and instead let Boogie chuck up 3s 5 seconds into the shotclock
