He'd have to come out and say that the only team he'd sign with in FA are the Wiz, but even in that scenario the Pelicans would still ask for and probably get Porter in return.

The Bucks have assets to put together some really good deals to get him as well, and he now has one of his UK guys and fellow Bama boy there. So it would definitely need to include Porter, and if not Porter it would have to be Morris & Oubre.

Totally.The problem is that they dont want to lose dude to nothing.

But I would def give up Morris for him.
