I'd love to see what Booker could do next to a pass first pg.

The Suns like combo guards/gunners at the pg position.

Mike James has been decent so far, by he's not a facilitator.

I actually felt like he cooled Booker off last night.

There was a point where Booker hit like 4 j's in a row

but then Mike James decided to start looking for his own offense.

There was about 5 possessions in a row where Booker didn't touch the ball.

The Suns ended up going cold and giving up an 18 point lead.

Mike James has to understand his first priority on this team is to find Devin Booker.

Especially if he's hot.Ever since Ryan McDonough took over as GM, the Suns seem to have

a fetish for low IQ/non passing pg's

Tyler Ulis is on their roster. Very pass first type guy.

Brook is an expiring IIRC they aren't going to trade him for anything of value, which means they won't trade him at all. Zubac who used to get a lot of burn last year is barely touching the floor.

Randle if they were shipping him out probably would've been gone when they were looking to salary dump, he stayed, so they clearly intend to pay him

Randle is rounding himself into a nice backup 5. I don't see them trading him. They would probably trade Clarkson first if anything.

Randle is rounding himself into a nice backup 5. I don't see them trading him. They would probably trade Clarkson first if anything.

Anthony is holding the ball less, and his plus-minus of plus-8.6 through seven games is the best of his career by far. His previous best marks came in 2012-13 and 2008-09 at plus-4.6, the only two instances where Anthony advanced past the first round of the playoffs in his 14-year career.

What those years have in common were point guards whom Anthony could trust. In the 2008-09 season, it was Chauncey Billups in Denver. In 2012-13, it was a sage and veteran Kidd in New York, on the tail end of Kidd's career.

their offense has already jumped to 8th in efficiency. KD takes long two pointers also. its not an issue for a guy of melo's talent level.

currently ranked 2nd in defense. lead the league in steals.

comparing kd taking long 2s to melo taking the same shots isnt the same
considering he's a superior shooter and driver and playmaker for others and gets to the line more.
being the second best team sounds nice i guess
