It's really a Simmons loss. He was telling people to get out of his way and iso'ing every possession and kicking out to contested shooters. For him every drive is to kick instead of actually attacking the basket

Yup and the defense will adjust because they know he doesn’t want to shoot. And if he does shoot it’s a weak right handed layup..:beli:

Detroit You bytch Ass nikka
I swear to God, NOBODY ON THE HORNETS EVER TRIES TO PASS MONK THE BALL :mjlol:, Kemba playing like a real selfish bytch nikka right now smh. They are winning so it doesn't matter, but I swear on my life Kemba is refusing to get Monk the ball. He has had a great game too, has the best 1 dribble pull up for a rookie I have EVER seen :ohhh:.

shyt been going on since pre season, Monk could be wide the fukk open and nobody even looks his way :mindblown:, I see why dude has a quick trigger when he touches the ball, Monk has been their best player tonight but they refuse to let my nikka cook (Monk has been GREAT defensively too, he has a good understanding for team defense and he is easily above average as far as staying in front of his matchup).

GOAT draft class brehs, :wow:, 13 rooks right now averaging double figure scoring :banderas:. Monk scores effortlessly, fukk JEREMY LAMB BUM ASS, the NBA is positionless and a small back court wouldn't hurt them too bad, Monk needs to start.

It's a good lesson for them, 3 of their 4 losses have been in the 4th quarter of close games.

No way Simmons should be on ball like that in the 4th, I could see them closing games in the future with Fultz, Redikk, Covington and Saric in Simmons place.
I have no problem with Simmons on ball as he got the defense to bend. He just has to make his move a lot quicker. The Sixers moved the ball around and got Simmons a wide open look after he create the initial openings. But since he can't shoot the D just sank off him causing Sixers to reset. I think they just need to leverage Simmons iso as a way to get Joel a post touch and Simmons to make his move much faster. Either way this is definitely attributed to growing pains and learning how to close as a team.

Brett Brown might not make it man..that’s an inexcusable loss. You don’t let Embiid get a touch those last few possessions while letting Ben dribble the air out the ball
Only way kids can learn is going through it. That loss is on Ben, and he'll learn from it.

Looking like the Celtics got Kyrie for Crowder, a crippled midget and the #10-#15 pick in the 2018 draft.
are Celtics fans really looking at the situation like this?
The C’s got rid of their most important core pieces: (IT, crowder, Bradley) as well as their biggest bargaining chip for a Point guard that at BEST has the same net impact and a dude who broke his foot 5 minutes into the season
All of this and they didn’t at all address their real issues which lie in the frontcourt. Without Bradley, crowder and Isaiah this team has 0 identity
