I don't mind it. In the NBA the only way to ever contend is to get a once or twice a decade level franchise player so you might as well maximize your chances to get one

What are the Suns other options? They have no way of being good right now so why make moves like you're trying to win now?

@Gil Scott-Heroin What reason do you think that Giannis is a better defender at 22 than KD was at the same age, he seems to use his height & length on that side of the ball much better than Durant did at the same age despite them being roughly the same size. I'm assuming it's because he clearly had his older brother guiding him on the importance of working out, cause you see the trickle down from Giannis to his little brothers who also lift. For comparisons, KD at 22 looked like a WNBA player physically -

giannis had at least an extra season in between. Not a fair comparison and KD never really put on weight like that
