this was basically the same squad 8 months ago and everyone loved it.

The Hill signing on its own is bad, but they have a lot of lesser deals that when you add em up, don't look good. They had a wing in Hield, but they HAD to have Cousins though.

Loved it? I never watched them. I'm not against getting Cousins.
But they should have picked up some shooters to go along with their frontcourt.

don't forget the albatross of asik....a ton of injuries and ajina is overpaid also they miss on their draft picks.

Shooters weren't exactly out there like that. The few that were got paid big time and they didn't have the money for that. They know they need shooting because they drafted Hield, but he got traded.

He's just not that good, if your PF can't shoot he needs to be an elite defender and if he can't defend he needs to be an elite shooter. He's not good at either of those things, and basically his best skill just doesn't fit where the league is, it's no different than Kenneth Faried.
