Jimmy is such an underrated nba personality :mjlol:
jimmy is the only black nba player with a shorter wingspan than his height average
really remarkable what he has accomplished

but he made some bad mistakes last night
last possession of a tied game you have to ensure you take the last shot
even if he had made that a 3 would have won it for cavs

Lou contract is a VERY bad look for players going into free agency this year...

Bron and PG going to command the max and everyone else going to be fighting for MLE money...

It will be interesting to see what happens with CP3 in free agency cause their will be almost no market for him at the money he will want...

IT went from being a max player a season ago to lucky to be getting 12 a year come free agency...

CP3 isn't really a Free Agent. Houston is paying him the max.

IT is going to get way more than 12 mil. Come on man lol.

The market is dried up for almost everyone else because the paydays were the last 2 summers.

Why would Morey give CP3 the max when no other team is going to offer him remotely close to the max?

Why would anybody pay an udersized volume shooting point guard coming off an injured year and the worst shooting numbers of his career more than 12 million?

IT is also getting the "team cancer" label...who is bringing that into their locker room?

The Clippers were going to give CP3 the max. Part of the idea of getting traded to Houston is he'll be re-signing for the max. It's the same thing as the old Sign and Trades before the current CBA, except they do it in reverse and wait for FA. If they didn't want to give CP3 a max they'd have just offered an extension.

Because they'd take into account his entire career? Dude has been above average offense since Year 2 Sacramento. Let's not pretend NBA GMs give a shyt about defense. Plenty of terrible defenders are getting paid big bucks. Being undersized is irrelevant. Even worse you just pulled 12 million out of your ass. I mean that's not even approaching All-Star level payment in the current market. Come on.

Team Cancer Label. LOL.

In fact they broke it down nicely here

How the Rockets got Chris Paul without cap space

If Houston wasn't going to pay CP3 the max they either: wouldn't have traded for him and asked him to come as a FA for less money last summer OR just offered him an extension on his 1 Year deal right now - securing him for LESS than a max deal.

They've done neither. He's getting a max contract (short of something crazy happening).

@DonKnock @Tha_Mac

you think Sacramento serious about that george hill for ryan anderson one for one swap? :pachaha: That'd pretty much mean mbah a moute becomes our starting 4, but we then have that backup point guard that can alleviate the workload from CP3/Harden. :jbhmm:

From what the report says, Hill is 3 years (last year partial guarantee) while Rhyno is 2..
Yea. I think they have more use for a shooting PF than another PG and it would Ben easier for us to flip Hill
