Combination of Stanley finding a hidden bottle of "Michaels Secret Stuff" and SVG actually letting that nikka play to his strengths and handle the ball more, not just trying to make him a spot up shooter (which was a awful decision).
These actions they're running for Blake are nice, but they gotta get rid of Reggie, no way he will be able to function with Point Blake.
I don't see Reggie adding a whole lot puff value rgordy the team as its currently constructed. If he doesn't dominate the ball he can be useful cause he's a better shooter than Ish so folks can't play off him as much and it can open up more for Blake, Drummond... and Stanley (that shyt felt weird even typing it lol), but he gotta understand he ain't really handling the rock no more.
