Don't fall for it. He's just going to get fat and lazy. First offseason after his rookie year and he put on like 40 pounds. He don't care bout basketball like that. He's just 6'11. Suns don't want him for a reason.

Is it impossible for teams to play straight up man2man now with all the screens and deep shooters?

You obvoiusly cant play zone either. How exactly do you stop teams from scoring now

1. Teams versatile enough to switch everything without giving ground (no bad matchups to expose on a switch) and 2. Teams intelligent enough that if help defense is needed, players are already rotating not just to cover the helpers man, but to cover the guy whose covering the helper, so on and so on.

Usually when someone gets beat and the help comes, buddy just stops and watches. but really you need everyone to shift and rotate, multiple efforts.

Hell often times when the help comes and there's a kick out to a wide open 3, it's like ppl don't know how to think several steps ahead, and so you get late contests. The best defensive teams already know what the protocol is when it comes to scramble defense. They're more proactive than reactive.
