Nah, he's actually the most important player on that team. They're basically a slightly better Cavs without him now. Zero defense. His ability to switch 1-4, allow PG to play 1v1 D plus cover up Melo's & Westbrook's constant mistakes is invaluable.

The Thunder defense goes from historic to mediocre when Roberson leaves games this year.

It forced 18.6 turnovers per 48 minutes while he was on the floor compared to 14.6 per 48 when he was off. If it belonged to a team, that 18.6 figure would be the best in the NBA since — no, this isn’t a typo — the 1997-98 Boston Celtics did it. The number while he’s off would be 15th in the league this season.

It’s in line with the Thunder’s production. They allowed only 96.4 points per 100 possessions when Roberson was on the floor this season, a figure so impressive it would be the NBA’s best since 2011-12 if it belonged to a team. When he’s off, the Thunder allow 108.6 points per 100, which would be 27th in the league this season.

amazing how slept on TJ Warren is. I remember people saying Suns should unload everyone but Booker. Warren has always been good. Not flashy. Just a guy who knows how to put the ball in the basket. cant shoot the 3 but still a 50% shooting wing. him, Booker, and Jackson are a good core to build on. this team is going to have to be built through the draft.

Roberson is a good defender but he isnt that good to offset his outside and FT shooting. I dont understand the hype either. Just develop Ferguson and get rid of Abrines bum ass.
