Those few years where Orlando was playing Oladipo at point have paid off. Its not like they'll need a great PG to fill the gap, he's actually about as good as you can ask for when it comes to combo guards. Anyone better than Collison won't be that hard to find.
You're right about their wing depth. Maybe they can convince Paul George to come back
