-Trades Dunn after a year with him
I'm sure I can pull out more situations, but the dude has a record of having an entirely short leash on players rendering young guys useless come Playoff Time because they don't have the reps/confidence to contribute. So he plays his "guys" extensive minutes and they just wear down in a series.
