The Arsenal
LOL, WOW

For anyone that has a real BB team... LET ME BREAK DOWN SOME PELICANS CAP NUMBERS. Lets start with players benched and not playing...

Omer Asik: $9.9 Million BENCHED 4 YEAR CONTRACT
Alexis Ajinca: $4.7 Million BENCHED 3 YEAR CONTRACT
Solomon Hill AKA THE GUY THAT LARRY BIRD WOULDN'T PAY MORE THAN 4 MILLION: $11 Million
FG 37% 3P 34% AND IT GET WORSE FROM THERE 4 YEAR CONTRACT
E'Tuawn Moore: $8.9 Million 4 YEAR CONTRACT BENCH PLAYER

$35 Million of the CAP just wasted

That Doesn't sound bad right? Let's not forget this in combination with AD's $22 MILLION.

So, $57 Million in cap with only ONE AMAZING PLAYER and a decent bench player and the rest on the $40 million...

Two expiring $10 million deals in Evans and Jrue. Which are just plummeting their value with their injury history and completely subpar play with Evans playing off the bench.

The other $20 million is surprising is filled out with decent bench pieces and Buddy Hield( Whom has been playing great).

So, If anyone has any career aspiration to be a GM. Dell Demp is a shining example how a complete idiot can achieve anything.

/drunkrant
with how white folks are judged individually and we as a collective, he and billy king are making it hard out there for future black gms.

Eric Gordon played himself. It's clear now lookin at him ball in Houston that he didn't apply himself in New Orleans. Dude is severely underpaid but it is what it is. Feel like his contract is the best in the league. Dude is better than Beal.

Well he never wanted to stay in New Orleans long-term, he was practically begging them not to match his offer sheet from Phoenix when he was a RFA.

But be that as it may, I think Houston was just a great fit for him. If I'm not mistaken he either led the NBA or was near the top of the rankings in 3P% last year. So obviously coming to play in D'Antoni's system it's just gonna play to his strengths. I really think he would've been a star if it wasn't for the injuries, his shooting along with the elite explosiveness he had before the knee injuries would've made him lethal when he reached his prime
