They sure are the 76ers are about to love that 2nd lottery pick they are going to get.
That's that last thing on their mind now. The next step for them is to develop one of their guys into an all-star and then the pieces will start to fit after that.
76ers keep getting in trouble because they aren't really grooming their prospects and trying to develop them. They're fishing for top 3 picks and hoping to put them all together and hope that they can get along and play with each other, instead of putting guys around them that can teach and help them transition to the NBA game.
I don't agree. He played that way at Ohio State and he can play that way but in this offense he's more effective with the ball in his hands running point. He's not going to look to pass every single play but if he's putting pressure on the defense with a few quick buckets the floor opens up and then everyone else will be open. If you take him off the ball it's easier for the defense to key in, deny the ball, and he wouldn't operate from the top of the key as much and that's where he's best.
They will start but that Lakers pick or they could trade it with some of their other pieces should return them a quality player having 2 lotto picks in this upcoming draft or the right to trade the 2 picks may pay off.
The 76ers could literally answer their back court issues or go with the BPA wing prospects.
But then when they pick the BPA they end up with players that can't play together and they turn into a liability that can't be traded because every team knows that they would be doing them a favor.
Tanking for 1 or 2 seasons is fine and it works, but what they are doing does NOT work

Well this much we do know they need a PG and SG and likely an upgrade a SF so if they get 2 top 7 picks they can answer those questions.
