I don't know if there are enough guard spots in the East, but Avery Bradley deserves some all star consideration. Thomas is their best player but Bradley is leading the team in rebounds, is one of the best defenders in the game and is having a really good offensive season. He was keeping the Celtics in the game while the rest of the starters didn't even show up til the 2nd half.
