KAT has been a big disappointment for me this year and tonight was a perfect example of the frustration. He is pressing so hard but it's showing up in all the wrong places. He's gotten some bad fouls in loose ball situations and going for blocks from bad angles instead of using his length to change shots. He is still working on the defensive end which is good but his habits on offense are really bad. He's really not looking to pass at all unless he is getting double teamed and they are really bothering him. Otherwsie, he'll spin to whichever side the double team isn't coming from and force up a shot. I think he's bytching a lot and the refs don't like that. I don't know why he thought it was a good idea to attack Gobert and the other Jazz bigs with drives to the rim with what looked like an intent of getting fouled because he was throwing some wild shots up.

Like other people have said, I think some of the praise went to his head and the expectations are probably unreasonable. His counting stats look good and it's not doomsday. But I want to see him take some responsibility for how the team is playing and stop looking for his numbers offensively and get the team to play defense and be a facilitator because defenses will key in on him. His post moves are great, his face up game is one of the best in the league for a big and he needs to start there instead of putting his head down or drifting to the 3 point line. Wiggins is what he is personality wise but Lavine should not be the guy who looks like he's the most upset with how things going. If he wants to be the leader he thinks he is, he's gotta be responsible for this teams energy and effort

Honestly he'll probably snap out of it soon

He really needs to rein it in with the refs though

There was a poster here last year I was giving a hard time because he said he didn't like Towns temperament but he was actually right. He gets way too frustrated out there
