Refs said Boogie touched the ball before Ross got it .

He did touch it they didn't start the clock when he tipped it...they're guessing the clock runs put before the shot cuz they didn't start it on time...it's impossibke to make that determination...they should have added 0.5 to the clock after the 3...

The league office is lying on the explanation...

The clock was running before Ross touched the ball. They DID start it on the Cousins tip, the difference is just human reaction time. And he released it with 0.5 showing, meaning even if it was started at the exact moment Cousins touched it, it's 0.1 or 0.0 on the release.

If Ross saw the time running out he would have released it faster. You gotta count that bucket.

Nah, it started after he tipped it, they didn't get robbed :yeshrug:

You can pause it after Boogie tips it and the clock is still at 2.4.

Still 0.5 before it went on...League is guessing on the time left...they don't know for sure...

We're talking about humans operating a clock, of course there's going to be a delay between when Boogie tips it and when they start the clock. The Raps actually benefitted from the clock not starting the second he hit the ball or there would be no dispute.

He tipped it and the clock started after he tipped it.

I know it was tipped but it was still 0.5 after he made the shot...they can't accurate assess how much time was in between the tip and when th clock started
..the official explanation is the shot wold have been after 0.0 which they can't determine definitely by there own wording...

Basically there guessing it would have come after so hence they're taking it away...
