Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
@Malta I was peeping Embiid's per 36 numbers today and my fukking god breh: 30/11.4/4.4 blocks/2 threes. :sadcam:

He is the one, there is no other way of putting it, he is the franchise center we have been waiting for.

His rim protection numbers place him in the same company as Gobert and Whiteside too, you have a 7'2" 280lbs center that has post moves, can hit the transition three, 2nd in the league in blocks per game with just 20mpg and locks down the paint? He is the one.

They might lift the minutes restriction in December, so a 40/20 game is definitely on the way at some point.

I been just hyping myself up and wondering where the "best prospect/rookie since Lebron James" shyt is. They do it with every player, but Embiid is out here doing otherworldly shyt, hitting 3's, driving, defending with ease, and learning not just game to game, but possession to possession(and you could see that type of shyt happening in college too, especially when they started double teaming him and he became better at finding open teammates immediately rather than trying to force shyt). It's all so insane.

I just need him to stay healthy. Too many times shyt gets let down. :mjcry:

And I was saying on another forum, the super teams that have formed as of late have all lacked a great big man(aside from KG, whose super team had probably the best interior defense by far). The potential super teams we could see in the future that feature Davis/Embiid/Towns are scary.

Had he not missed his first two years he'd be a top 10 player in the league right now, it's pretty obvious that his talent is just straight up overwhelming. He's a center, so all the "Best prospect since LeBron" talk doesn't apply to him, big men aren't recognized like that :francis: He's the most talented center prospect since Shaq, nobody is even remotely close to him as far as centers go since Shaq, not even KAT who is really a PF.

His ability to show on picks and get out and defend smaller players is basically the death blow for small ball teams, and the fact he can hit freethrows as well. If the Sixers build around him properly (Shooting) and he stays healthy they will be an absolute nightmare for all the teams that try to pace & space because he's shown the aggressiveness a lot of centers lack, and his skillset will allow them to do whatever they want on offense.

DeAndre and Griffin are staking their claim as the best defensive frontcourt up to this point. They're killing everything that comes inside.

edit - there's also this

Danny Ainge will have no one to blame but himself when Stevens leaves this team to go back to college in a few years
