I don't think most people predicted that KD would get knocked out for over a month and the Warriors would still finish as the 1 seed.

And the Cavs were the consensus top seed all year, no one thought Boston would finish higher than them. No one thought the Cavs would have two months where they went under .500

Plenty of people thought the Knicks would be a playoff team



NBA is like the WWE, no matter what happens fans will claim it was the most predictable outcome

I usually try to refrain from shytting on my beloved NBA
but this season was just so butt to me
it cant be just me?

this is probably the worst season I've seen in a while

to me the all star game was the point where I was convinced this year in nba aint shyt

the storylines were horrible this year, all that bullshyt ass "what KD and westbrook think of each other", then bunch of really awkward nba beef between players and former players. The whiniest season of all time, got players, fans, analysts, basically everyone whining too much. Not enough storylines about teams like spurs, rockets, celtics, wizards. Wayy too much concentration on warriors and cavs this year.

drama adds to it and makes it more entertaining. so storylines do matter....i think there were good storylines this year, but ultimately none of them matter because theres no suspense this year. the durant deal killed the season

nba always has storylines, it adds a nice variety to the entertainment, presenting the raw product of 82 game season where team X plays team Y aint gonna attract as many fans as they do now

but this year nba was too biased towards their two most popular teams. It's really annoying when you go check the news and forums and you see way too many topics about warriors and cavaliers
