I can see why people hype up Embiid

Might have to start watching 76ers games

Melo is not on the same level as Durant offensively now. Also, he'd be a cancer to the Rockets' chemistry (as well as on most other teams). Melo's stock is just not that high anymore. He might be good for the Clippers though.

Durant is way more efficient

Both are elite scorers.

Durant is an elite overall player. I'm just talking scoring. They're both elite scorers. You can confidently give the ball to either player in crunch time and feel good bout that potential possession.

He probably has the worst situation of them 20 players not named Anthony Davis. Melo has an inconsistent jump shooting big, a former MVP, and a volume scorer guard. Put Melo in a better siutatioN and his numbers shoot up.

and they are only in that situation because of him

His team runs an outdated ineffective scheme. They're not putting him in situations to succeed. If he can get over his differences with coach DAntoni, he would put up big numbers with Harden
