I really don't follow college basketball like that to be honest. I want either an athletic PG that can get to the rim and create for others and attacks the basket or a dead eye shooter at the 2. Honestly, I want someone that's not hollywood. We did that with Ingram, no more divas like Russell, Clarkson and Randle to a certain extent.

dennis smith and allen/kennard

Who is the model PG in the game that they need that they can realistically get right now? Obviously a guy who can facilitate pretty well and play major off ball, but also a pretty decent 3 pt shooter? I'm drawing a blank personally

people have called me crazy on here, some agreed with me on realgm, but i think quinn cook (yes i know it's dleague, but he been putting up numbers since last year and would fit exactly what they need). patty mills may work for them as well.

Embid lands crazy on his feet. First dunk his feet was literally in front of his body. Second just came down on one leg. Wild
Yeah I was thinking earlier and the only detriment to his game is himself. Dude is so explosive, so he gets up there, throws his body on the line, but doesn't have any coordination behind it. Pretty much why he doesn't get any and ones, once he gets in the air or gets some contact, he just goes rag doll.

Why am I hearing a Rubio for Reggie Jackson trade being floated? What good does that do for either team. Det has no shooters to make Rubio effective. And the last thing Minn needs is a shytty non defensive ball dominant guard stunting the growth of Towns and Wiggins
Detroit gains two things.

A massive upgrade defensively at the 1 and someone who will not need shots.Pistons have too many shot hunters in Tobes and the Morris Twin.KCP needs more touches as well as Drummond

Don't know what the hell Minny is doing though

In a vacuum Reggie is better than Ricky but his fit in Detroit is terrible.Rubio on the Pistons is a playoff lock.

His vision already looks elite and the shooting is coming around but his defensive playmaking is whats surprising me given he comes from the school of Beilein. Also think he will be able to play pg in time @ 6'7. I believe a graphic showed the Nets being something like +17 with him on the floor and -130 without...small sample but clearly impressive after JUST coming back from surgery.

@Sho_Nuff posted this in the nets thread

I'd take Rubio over Jackson
Rubio and Drummond pick and rolls with shooters on the wings would be money plus Rubio is he better defender

Problem is he couldn't shoot if his life was on the line

Marcus was a black hole with the Suns.Once the ball touched his hands, he shot it 98% of the time.

Yeah I'm with everyone else not wanting Reggie on the Wolves. On its face he'd be an upgrade but the Wolves need a PG who can shoot, not a shooting PG. I highly doubt Reggie would see himself as a 4th option. Stan Van Gundy already called him out this season for not trying hard enough and sulking to the corners instead of initiating offense.

I think the Wolves are kind of capped out on what they can do with this team as it's currently built, but I think moving Rubio for Jackson would be a lateral move or end up being a negative for the team and it's chemistry.
