Since i read you saying you do scouting for someone id be interested in ur opinions of Norm Powell...My biggest issue with Dwane Casey is not playing him...I have said since last year i think he has major potential thats being rotted away on the bench...

Don't scout the NBA...mostly prep and some college but from what I remember of him at UCLA, I thought he was a strong slashing guard who would have tons of versatility defensively and was rapidly improving his 3ball. Supposed high character guy and you don't see many players play the game with his intensity level but his lack of ball skills limit him to a 3&D type. Thought he could be a starter in time and should have went 15-25.

I think hes got more value than a 3&D wing but thats closer to what i think of him...I think its assinine how far down he is in the rotation.

Did you see him last night in Brooklyn? He was awful. Norm is great at times but on this Raptor team he's not counted on. He's a good-to-have luxury, I'm not mad at Casey for having Carroll and Ross ahead of him.

he plays spot minutes hes going to have awful games where the shots arent falling....Problem he isnt afforded the PT like DeRozan/DMC to work thru his bad quarters...I dont care about one game in BK,i remember him shutting down PG last years playoffs,i remmeber him dropping a 20/5/5 against Boston 2 weeks ago in 20 mins....

He needs PT,hes badly under utilized on a team that cant guard the perimeter AT ALL...
