It's cool. Lived here my whole life. It's way more affordable than the Bay despite only being a hour or two from SF, Reno & Tahoe. (Hour flight from Vegas )

Dating scene is still :trash: but it's a great place to raise a family.

It still has a way to go but former Mayor Kevin Johnson did a LOT for the nightlife here . When development catches up to The Golden 1 Center :ohlawd:

Yeah, Stubhub has been good to a nikka too . I got courtside seats , lounge & parking pass for the Rockets/Cavs game in Houston last January for $400 , as well as Cubs/Giants playoff tickets at Wrigley field for less than $200 :blessed:

Breh u aint lying the women here :dead:

Ive heard only good things about golden 1 center tho
u can get a place for around 200k give or take the area my pops got a place with 3 bedroom 2 baths for 220 thousand hell i might be over pricing the areas :damn::damn::damn:

As for the racial population white people running breh more nikkas and hispanics moving in so i cant say the pop anymore :dead:

:scust:It's all White? No diversity?

Hell nah. Sacramento is one of the most diverse cities in the country. Its only when you start going more far out to the suburbs east like 25+ minutes away from Downtown , then it gets :mjpls:
Bout to say, I bet a bunch of nikkas being priced out and gentrified from the frisko and the town are making their way to Sac
