It's cool. Lived here my whole life. It's way more affordable than the Bay despite only being a hour or two from SF, Reno & Tahoe. (Hour flight from Vegas )

Yeah, Stubhub has been good to a nikka too . I got courtside seats , lounge & parking pass for the Rockets/Cavs game in Houston last January for $400 , as well as Cubs/Giants playoff tickets at Wrigley field for less than $200
