There's almost no way they can receive his value in a trade. They will get burned no matter what the trade is, and be set back at least another 2 years

I generally agree with you, I just don't see what's on the horizon that can be accomplished building around Jimmy. Not because Jimmy isnt great, he is, but because the roster and coach around him are lacking so so much. They would have to cash out heavy in FA and that seems unlikely

They have a couple first round picks in the upcoming drafts. Taj gibson, mirotic, Rolo, canaan have some trade value (bad contracts on the first 3 tho)

I'm kind of surprised you picked Wiggins out of him Lavine to trade, but I honestly can't say I don't disagree with your premise. It's crazy how Lavine, Kat, and Wiggins claim to be close off the court when the buzzard sounds they have no communication on defense and don't trust each other on the offensive end. It going interesting what happens going forward between Wiggins and Lavine; both these guys share the same trainer, same agent and are both up for the 5-year max after this season. I can already see Lavine having the when the Wolves front office offers him 4-years, when in Lavine's he just as good if not better than Drew.

Lavine, butler, KAT seems more cohesive than Wiggins, butler KAT imo. And I feel like Wiggins would gain more under Wade than Lavine would

Taj & Niko are expirings, Rolo has a fantastic contract actually, so he has value, Canaan has no value

They may get lucky and get the Kings pick this draft tho, it's top 10 protected

Oh I definitely believe it......but there's a lot to be said about a team that likes playing for a particular coach. He definitely doesn't seem to know how, when and where to press the right buttons however.
