im not a harden fan at all, but adding a midrange shot would drastically improve his game and im sure it could help change his style a bit too. at least keep defenders somewhat honest, even if he just tumbles his way to the free throw line.

too bad morey is a bytch that doesn't condone midrange shots.

His midrange activity has increased every season he's been in Houston. But it's just a cover in an attempt to balance out his game - which is still intrinsically the same. At 26, he still has plenty of time to refine his strengths but he'll never be able to change his style. Which is why he'll never be a player you can depend on.

Huge disappointment. Thought he would have used not winning the mvo and his poor performance against the clippers as motivation to work on his game during the summer. He did not. Focusing on clubbingand reality TV stars.

Harden has been the same guy since he got to the NBA
The only thing that changed was going from OKC to Houston gave him more minutes & a bigger role. He isn't going to change his offense because it works for him. The combo of not giving a fukk, playing 40 minutes a night, & having to score 30 a night for his team to even apparently have a chance means he's going to not play defense.

warriors defense is hardly great right now either. they're basically winning games by largely outscoring the other teams. if there's anyone that can match them shot for shot it would be the thunder and durant.

I dont think any team can outshoot the warriors, theyre just too damn good.
