Nah, they're not. Waiters is the only other player in the starting lineup who can create his own shot/score, and he's too inconsistent to be reliable on the offensive end.
They finished 6th, but they were hovering around 2nd-5th for most of the season. They were up and down offensively all season, but their defense would always show up - which is why they won 56 games.
