Again, a big part o that is the lineup he plays with. There is no other playmaker or ballhandler when he's out on the court typically. Ideally, at some point Stanley will be that secondary ballhandler, but he's not ready yet.
Dude needs to move the ball around. He be aimlessly dribbling the ball for too long and just kills the flow of the offense.

His creating off the pnr is whats supposed to open everything up. In many instances the other players are standing around instead of moving without the ball to create openings. It also hurts when a shooter like Illysova refuses to shoot the ball when he's open, basically killing the flow of the offense. You saw the difference tonight. When he shoots it, it opens up the floor even more and the lobs to Drummond are available even more. Reggie doesn't have the vision of some of the other elite guards, but him handling the ball so much is a result of more than him just liking to dribble all day.
