We're only three games into the season and Warriors play at around the fastest pace in the league. The Jazz play at the slowest pace in the league. It only makes sense they're going to hold teams to a lower total. GS held teams to a lower offensive efficiency, points per shot and lower percentages than every other team last season. That's why the finished as the #1 defensive team.

Yeah, I'm not sure why defensive PPG is still a thing, like pace has no bearing on that number. But ppl are scared of "analytics", so they stay with that stale, meaningless number.
