He's got a ways to go. That next great player decree is a stretch.

He'll be the 3rd-4th scoring option on his team....still not a great finisher in the paint and can't shoot threes to save his life.

I said he's got a ways to go to claim that. Which he still does.

Still can't shoot 3s and he's yet to make his mark in the playoffs the way other wings like Kawai or Butler have.

Lol no he doesn't. He just had a 5-6 game stretch where he made 1 or 2 three's a game. He's a 80% FT shooter. And he gets 22 ppg who cares how he does it? He doesn't need to shoot when he can score around the basket like he can..

AND the rebounding, assists, steals, blocks alone make him a great player. The 22 ppg and only getting better is what makes him a future top 5 player

He's shooting 23 percent from 3.

Shooting matters in the playoffs when teams scheme around it and exploit floor spacing.

He's having a great season. I never said he was trash or didn't have the ability to become great.

I just said let him earn it first.
