I'm familiar with his game, and honestly players like him are really hard to judge, he has that man child syndrome where he's bigger & more athletic than everyone else, but doesn't look like those traits will help him as much at the college or NBA level. He looks like he could be 6'8" which is the problem, the same shyt he's doing in a 6'11 - 7'0" frame means you're gonna be a problem on every level.
I have heard that he has grown to 6'10 but I dunno if that is true. Don't do they do measurements at the McdAA shyt? Or the Jordan Brand Classic? I searched a little but couldn't find much. They had him at 6'9 on the MCDAA roster listing. I didn't know he could handle the ball that well and that midrange looked decent (probably just the one shot that he actually hit but the potential form looked decent)

I swear every time I see Aldrich get minutes, he looks really good

@pete clemenza?
He was a good prospect coming out of Kansas. Just never got PT and kind of tough time adjusting to the NBA. He is going to be 28 this year so now he is in his prime. He just looks like a classic stiff with no front tooth and horrible haircut but he can play. Has excellent wingspan

@Malta

what is your opinion about Bam Adebayo? Are you up on him much?

He doesnt have much skill but his wingspan allows him to overcome his lack of height. I think he will be a solid rim protector/small ball center in the future. I have him top 15. I wasn't sure last summer but he really had a terrific senior season

Kentucky's class this year overall is unbelievable. Even Gabriel and Killyea-Jones are really good. But Dukes class is terrific also. I think DeLaurier is slept on. As long as Giles is healthy. Those two teams will be so fun to watch next year

I keep telling folks he copied Bud style to a T. I don't know why no one call them Atlanta Jr. They stole our entire style and jacked a shyt ton from Golden State
No they fukking didn't :heh: the way boston utilizes its wings to keep the elbows constantly loaded is NOTHING like what Atlanta does

Any noteworthy commentary from the Nike Hoops Summit? Or is there a thread?

Since I'm a Lakers fan I have to have these players on my radar now :mjcry:

Just listened to a podcast and an interested question came up.

Does Karl Towns have a weakness?? I'm sitting here really thinking about it. I'm sitting here like :ohhh:. This dude legit has no real weakness other than youth. There's no holes in dudes game

I'd say he needs to get stronger. He gets pushed a bit by stronger guys
