You must not really understand how hard it is to play transition defense. You have to protect the basket first, and then everyone has to match up the correct man. That was actually a 4 on 3 fastbreak, more Warriors were down the court than Mavs, so SOMEBODY has to be left open in order not to give up a layup. Curry just has enough basketball IQ to recognize that and take advantage
I was just explaining this to a friend. You basically have to defend the Warriors transition game the opposite of how you've been playing it your whole life.

I wonder how long the core of the warriors will last before egos and crap or money breaks them up

The one thing im always asking myself is if the warriors are able to afford everyone who is key to their success when its time to extend their contracts

People keep talking about their shooting and what Steph does is unbelievable and Klay isn't far behind but their passing is absolutely elite. They don't miss open players period.
I was just saying that somewhere else. The shooting combined with the fact that damn near every player on their team has great court vision and can make the proper pass. So when you have a defense bender like Steph and then Klay's shooting that you have to stay honest on combined with everyone else being smart cutters and great passers and you have an unstoppable offense. Plus the great defense they play when they turn it on and I don't know the strategy to really beat them 4 games out of 7.

Good win for us tonight. We definitely could use Blake but honestly with that hand injury I don't see him making an impact for us this season.. But on the flipside I'm wondering if we could become a "system team" with CP3 leading the charge. If everybody plays their role and steps up plus with another addition or a buyout added to the team we might could have something at the end of the year.

@The Taxman
@Malta

You can't be a "system team" when your coach doesn't have a system. :mjlol:

Honestly if DJ learned how to score on the low block and you had blake on the other block then the Clips might have been something. Instead they'd rather have CP3 attempt to dribble people open all game

Stephen A. just said he's depressed because the Warriors are so good. Said he's hoping OKC can save the league. I would make a thread about it but people complain when I make Warriors threads.
So what?

We all know OKC isn't doing shyt to the Warriors, why do you feel you need to complain about what that idiot thinks?
