So fukking spot on. Wiggins needs to hustle his as off to get them easy baskets. Dude be coasting.

:laff: @ Ricky's chicken legs.
:dead:

Well I just think for Ricky, I think a lot of it is fatigue. He plays really hard. He is not strong physically; he doesn’t have strong legs for an NBA player. I remember when KG came into the league, everybody was talking about how skinny he was. But his legs are like tree trunks. You can’t move him.

I remember when I was in Houston in 1985, got drafted by the Rockets and I was in the weight room, and they put 135 pounds on the bench. And Hakeem Olajuwon couldn’t get it off his chest. 135. So we were all laughing, and you know what Hakeem said? “Come get me off the block.” He laughed. “Come get me off the block.” I can’t bench press 135 pounds, but you can’t stop me from getting the ball wherever I want it on the block.

@Malta must be loving this; Bricky slander and Hakeem praise in one :pachaha:

true. when I played a lot of ball I'd sit and watch everyone and pick up on what their habits, strengths and weaknesses are and kinda use it in a chess game against them.

Some players don't even recognize they're doing it and it was easy to goad them into doing certain things without being obvious knowing the likely outcomes and odds.

I'd also practice everything so if someone watched me they'd not be able to see my tendencies or weaknesses. ie simple shyt like driving left and right.. a lot of people just go one way and on one hand..finishing with either hand, jumping off left leg, right leg, both legs. elbow shot in mid range which opens up in zone, splitting D, taking threes pointers

Also controlling your opponents effort. some guys give up when you go hard at them and pull away, some guys you lull into thinking you're not doing damage by making quiet baskets, assists and plays.. by the time they realize what youve done and want to play up to you its too late. One of my favourite things in rec ball was opposing teams calling a time out half way through trying to figure out who's guarding me..I would intentionally drift in peoples spaces, score one on this guy, one on another.. they don't realize I put up a lot total.

also analyzing the others guys fitness. if he's gonna stick on you run him around pointlessly as you cut even if you have no intention of getting the ball. when you start seeing him lag or slack cut to the basket or run him to the three point line then cut right back..

I'm just lol at the fact some of these NBA players haven't the ability to out think their opponents or give themselves flexibility. But Levine shouldn't be a pg
breh i imagine its not easy ...............imagine you have somee limited success at lower levels with your bad habits also imagine the crowd proclaiming you the best since mj , baby jordan etc

now you reach the big time and you are getting exposed ..............suddenly you realize those habits u have are bad ( D rose is a victim of this ) but it takes a lot of work discipline and iq to even correct it...........................one of the best examples of this is the work tony parker put into his jumper.............who remembers him reworking the entire mechanic of his shot

to be a top talent and actually perfrom in the nba is not easy at all and should never be taken for granted
