You have an embarrassment of riches right now :russ:

There are a lot of different ways you can go, and yall are still being stingy with the Memphis pick like "Nah, that might end up a lottery pick next year".

There's not much in Utah to go after though, the progress Gobert has made this summer will probably have him competing for the starting position, and Kanter isn't the type of 5 you need.

With Utah I was thinking Favors.

One other thing I neglected to mention was Andy's cap hold. It's about $10 million when free agency hits next year. That puts the Cavs well over $80 million just with cap holds.

I highly doubt they outright waive his rights. He wants to retire a Cavalier. He will re-sign for less.

I think Kanter is the most likely to get moved, though Favors would be a good fit for yall.

So you're of the mindset it's better to try and use the Haywood contract + maybe Tristan or the Memphis pick to get Favors/Sanders? It's pretty much a given that McGee will be on the market, but I don't think the Cavs would do that since they want OhMozGov.

Yup.

The $10 million dollar expiring Haywood contract + (whatever) is the best bet to get that 5 for the long term next summer. It's hard to do a complete roster overhaul in one summer but they got close.

There is always a cheap owner and there will always be a team that underperforms and will want to shed salary. Milwaukee or Denver is the most likely. Pacers would probably give up Hibbert right now if the Cavs were not in the same division.

They'll try to use those expiring Utah contracts first to get Moz. If that fails, they will have to cut those players before their deals become guaranteed and to clear roster spots.

If nothing shakes by the deadline they'll check back in on Oak and see if he's ready to go.

I really think it will be patchwork at the 5 all year. You lnow Andy and Haywood will struggle to stay healthy. Love and Thompson will have to play alot of small ball 5.

Udoh is a horrible rebounder bruh. That shyt drove Warriors fans crazy, he's a good defender but he runs like he has corns on every toe and bunions. If you expect boards from him you'll be disappointed. And :mjlol: at Joe Ingles, y'all love our leftovers I see.
