He can't take anyone off the dribble anymore, if you think taking a bunch of contested 19 footers are "good shots" when the bulk of his offense is now going to come off jumpers you're buggin breh.

Breh it was clutch time. Kobe lives for those moments and those type of shots. It may not be superefficient but I'll complain when he misses one and goes back to do the same thing. Dude was just riding a hot hand.
He was shooting like 38% in the preseason before this, you weren't complaining.
You expect me to complain for your approval? My absence of complaining does not mean I consign all parts of the offense and the way it's ran. As I said, in that particular gif that started this whole conversation Kobe was hot in that moment for clutchtime. I don't know why you are trying to make it seem that I am ok with Kobe taking that shot whenever due to that.

That's what people don't want to accept. When he could change pivot feet freely during a postup and then drive to the basket without putting the ball down first, he could keep defenders off balance because they had to defend the drive. They no longer have to do that. Once they see him post up, they will be sending a double team to stand straight up and trap him. He'll either force up a godawful shot or throw the ball away.
Even with 3-5 layups a game and 3-5 late whistle phantom foul bailouts on missed shots a game, his percentages have never been great. Without all that?
kobe hit like 4/5 of those in a row. sneak helped my bet though when it went to OT because then i covered the over and the suns -1.5

real small money relatively speaking and just for the hell of it. i look at big names who are sitting and teams with veteran/established benches rather than teams with randoms competing for roster spots. generally pretty easy. had a shyt ton of nail biters though
ive been teasing/parlaying the gimmes with nfl games for better payouts too
