He didn't need that before. That for me is the issue Love has (not all his fault)
How much before are we talking here? Cause he always got touches on a regular basis when he started in Minny. He's never played with two ball-dominant players that suck up as much possessions as Bron and Kyrie do.

There's ways to build a winning team around him but the whole 3 superstars on one team mentality is overrated

C'mon son, you can't be a Celtic fan saying this. We've won all 17 titles with 3 or more HOFers on the team

It's has to be a certain mix of players though to work... Garnett, pierce, and Allen were the perfect compliment to each other

Lots of teams just look at the names and not their style of play

I'm not worried about the trade, especially given hindsight since Rubio got hurt (woulda defeated the purpose of keeping Love around)

Here's the million dollar question: What are they doing? Flip couldn't answer that question got you.

Try to trade mo, young, and pek at the deadline, continue drafting and hope you luck into some superstars

Love was never going to be a good fit for that team, they just looked at the name value

Lebron is a playmaker but there would never be enough shots to go around for the three of them... Someone would get lost in the mix and it's been Love... They should have been looking for a more defensive minded player

Buttonhoser(sp?) os such a better coach than Doc Rivers :mindblown:

Clippers just aren't even fun to watch anymore. They're boring as hell.

Not in the Rambis era. His usage rate especially went through the roof once Adelman coached him. Before the complaint was that the Wolves didn't utilize Love enough.

Rambis' last season in charge was when Love had his first season starting and was still only growing as a player, and even then he was getting more consistent touches than he is now. As you know Bealsey was the only one who was getting more touches than he was in 10/11, whereas now he ain't getting shyt unless Bron runs into a dead end and throws it out to him on the 3-pt line - that's after Kyrie has his fair share of touches and how Varejao is used in PNR/PNP situations more often than he is. He's been the fourth option out there at times for Cleveland - for all his struggles and flaws you can't expect him to dominate games if he isn't getting regular looks.
